Sela Designs is more than a jewelry brand. We're a nonprofit social enterprise using business as a tool to create opportunity and hope. Every purchase helps fund our mission to create living-wage jobs, support survivor care through trusted partners, and break cycles of poverty that leave women and children vulnerable.

From Wisconsin to the World

What started around a kitchen table has grown into a community of thousands of women choosing to use their purchasing power for good.

Together, we've donated more than $250,000 to mission work around the world and helped create employment opportunities for women and teen girls through ethical job creation programs.

Today, Sela Designs partners with women in Southeast Asia and the Dominican Republic, where jewelry-making provides meaningful work, valuable skills, and income that helps women support themselves and their families.

Why Job Creation Matters

Poverty creates vulnerability.

When women lack access to education, employment, and economic opportunity, they become more vulnerable to exploitation and trafficking.

In the Dominican Republic, Sela Designs is helping provide paid work experience and jewelry-making skills for teen girls who are overcoming significant challenges and building brighter futures.

In Southeast Asia, our partners provide living-wage employment opportunities for women coming out of human trafficking while creating pathways toward stability, healing, and independence.

These women are not projects.

They are talented, resilient image-bearers of God with gifts, dreams, and incredible potential.

Our role is simply to come alongside them with opportunity.
